An architecture firm rooted in Tetouan
Knowing the city, its neighbourhoods, its planning rules and its technical departments saves time at every stage. We work in Tetouan and across the M'diq-Fnideq prefecture (Martil, M'diq, Fnideq, Cabo Negro), as well as in Chefchaouen and the wider Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region.
The architect, Anas Abara, graduated from the National School of Architecture of Tetouan and is registered with the National Order of Architects (Tetouan regional council).
What we do in Tetouan
Design of villas and individual houses, residential and office buildings, shops, cafés and restaurants, and public facilities such as schools, health centres and administrative buildings.
Building permit applications, follow-up on the Rokhas platform, construction drawings, contractor tendering, site supervision and support up to the occupancy permit.
How a project works
A first meeting helps us understand your plot, your brief and your budget. We then check what can be built (planning information note, local development plan), propose a sketch design and develop the project up to the permit application and construction.
