For foreign investors
We act as your local interface between your team, the zone developer, the urban agency and the municipality. Documents are produced in French, and we can communicate in English. Our goal: controlled timelines and a compliant file from the first submission.

Construction drawings, tender documents, site supervision and handover, up to the certificate of conformity that allows operations to start.
